Description
The SmartView Synergy Advanced has been designed to be a high quality desktop video magnifier with a strong emphasis on price.
The SmartView Synergy Advanced magnifies text, objects and images to help restore and maintain independence for people with low vision eye conditions.
The SmartView Synergy Advanced adds several features over the standard model including lines, blinds and computer connectivity.
Features:
- Large, simple controls enables quick and easy adaptation to different print sizes and print qualities
- Large magnification range enables text of almost any size to be read comfortably. On the included 22 inch screen this provides from 3.1 to 69 times magnification.
- Multiple display modes. The full colour mode is best suited to looking at photographs and images. When reading, increasing the contrast makes the text easier to read. The SmartView Synergy has a number of high contrast modes which remove shades to leave just crisp, clear text. View pure black text on a white background or white text on a black background and 16 other colour combinations. Users can choose their favourite combination and then hide unwanted combinations
- Easy-glide reading table which can also be fixed in position at a touch of a button. Simply place your book or object on the table and the magnified image will appear on the screen
- Lines and blinds. To aid reading a guiding line is overlaid on to the image making it easier to follow a line of text. Blinds are used to reduce the amount of screen that is used and helps to reduce glare from the screen. The size and location of the lines and blinds are easily customised to your needs
- Page locator light. A red dot is used to highlight your current position on the page. This is particularly helpful when using the highest levels of magnification
- Computer connectivity. Save space and use one screen for both magnification and computing
- SmartView Synergy Advanced 22 is also available without lines, blinds, page locator and computer connectivity. If you do not need these options the SmartView Synergy 22 will be more suited to your needs.
