Delivery Information

Please allow up to 3 working days to process your order, a member of our team will be in touch if your order will take longer than this to process.

Your order will be delivered either by courier or Articles for the Blind (Royal Mail 1st Class). Most of our solutions include free delivery.  

Articles for the Blind (Royal Mail 1st class post) delivery is usually a next day service but can take up to 4 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot specify an exact time for delivery.

Items sent via courier require a signature upon delivery, we will always contact you prior to dispatch to arrange a suitable delivery date, Unfortunately, we cannot specify an exact time for delivery, the courier can provide a delivery window.

For items that we do not stock in our warehouse, delivery times will vary as they will be specially ordered in for you.

For items that include delivery and set up by one of our team, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
