Equipped with patented simulated natural vision software, the new Eyedaptic EYE5 solution optimizes the user’s functional peripheral across a wide range of use cases. It does this through a small embedded camera which captures your environment, manipulates and enhances the pixels and re-displays the image all enabled with hands-free controls.

The all-new EYE5 glasses are lightweight and discreet for complete comfort and cosmetic appearance. EYE5 uses a dedicated, tethered mobile phone which acts as the controller that processes images and powers the glasses.

Take advantage of both the camera in the phone and glasses for 2 in 1 functionality of both a wearable and handheld magnifier. This makes the device perfect for viewing items out of the user's eye line such as high & low shelves, inside cupboards, more detailed close-up work etc. The mobile phone can be used for magnification or distance viewing, such as watching TV. 

EYE5 has a unique autozoom feature that adjusts the zoom automatically between close-up and distance tasks and also includes image stabilisation which makes it much easier to read across lines of text at high magnification.
