Synapptic will continue to work after your current support plan has expired, but we recommend purchasing another period of software updates to ensure Synapptic is always running at its best and that you have all the latest features.
A new Basic Support Plan, if purchased after your current support plan has expired, provides:
- 1 Year of software updates to keep your device working at its best + reduced rate for extra help and support provided direct from Synapptic.
- Instant access to new features and security updates
- Extra help and support is charged at a reduced rate of £35 per incident for services like data transfer from a previous device or installing/transferring Synapptic software to a new device. This service is provided by Synapptic directly.
