This advanced portable video magnifier has a 12-inch touchscreen, full HD camera, spoken menus and an easy-to-use horizontal and vertical scrolling feature.

Its unique Dynamic Line Scrolling (DLS) feature allows you to scroll both horizontally and vertically when on the higher magnification levels without having to move the device.

Use the touchscreen or the buttons to adjust what's on the screen. For example, change magnification from two to 22 times (2x to 22x) – or anywhere in between – quickly and smoothly, or switch from true colour to your preferred false colour, such as green on black. (There are 14 false colour settings to choose from.)

Images can be captured and stored on a removable 8GB SD card and the device's HDMI and USB ports allow you to transmit images directly to a computer and live stream to a television screen. 

HDMI & USB connectivity allows the user to connect the unit to either a PC or TV screen allowing for a far more pleasant reading experience, with the addition of a camcorder distance viewing is made possible. 

You can also adjust the LED illumination, which has three brightness settings, and use the optional reading guideline if it suits. There is also the option to have speech output on all menu options.

The Visolux Digital XL FHD has a built-in folding stand and is supplied with an HDMI cable, USB cable and protective zippered case. It has a battery life of 2.5 hours and weighs 1kg (2.2lbs).

The Visolux Digital XL Stand is an optional accessory for the Visolux Digital XL FHD Video Magnifier that increases the distance away from the image area which allows for writing underneath the device and lowers the starting magnification to 0.8x. The stand easily attaches to the bottom of the Visolux Digital XL FHD and has two fold out legs to stabilize it. Once attached it can be removed at any time.
