Universal compatibility
Connected to the PC via USB, the Connect Braille is immediately ready for use thanks to HID technology, even without installing driver software.
With the ergonomically designed Braille keyboard, you can enter Braille texts directly on the Connect. You can also connect a standard keyboard via USB.
Through the Help Tech universal driver, Connect Braille is supported by all common screen readers.
Smart Access
In addition to USB-C, you can also connect the Connect Braille wirelessly via Bluetooth to up to 4 devices simultaneously. This gives you full access to iOS or Android devices such as smartphones and tablets. You can switch between the connected devices and the USB interface using the shortcut button.
Practical controls
The additional space bar, located centrally between the Braille keys, can be used to enter direct control commands to the computer. The Ctrl key stops the speech output, for example. Through left / right combinations of vibrations, the Connect Braille outputs discrete signals via two vibration transmitters.
The perfect ergonomics
The braille elements of the Handy Tech braille displays are concave and slanted backwards. This means that the tactile surface is ideally adapted to the scanning fingers and relieves the strain on your wrists when reading.
