Payment Options

Paying for your order couldn't be simpler. We accept most debit and credit cards for purchases of any value (sadly AMEX payments are not supported at this time), both online and over the phone.

Payment can also be made via bank transfer or for those who prefer more traditional payment methods, we're also happy to accept cheques.

For business orders, we can offer credit terms subject to approval.

Interest Free Credit

For most purchases over £600, we are pleased to offer interest-free credit through Zopa retail finance, previously DivideBuy, subject to approval.

When you choose the finance option, we will send your order request through to DivideBuy/Zopa. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to complete your finance application and proceed with your order.

The full application is completed online. Their team is available to assist with your application if you need help. VisionAid is unable to complete or assist with the finance application on your behalf.

Once your application has been approved, you will need to complete the required agreement and make your payments in accordance with the finance agreement. You can manage your finance account online and, where available, make additional payments.

Please note that when placing an order using a finance option, the delivery address and cardholder address must match.
