Repair Procedure

If, for any reason, your system is faulty or you require a repair please call us on freephone: 0800 002 5555 option 3. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you. If a return is necessary, we will issue you with a returns number. Please quote this either on the postage label or in a letter / note / compliments slip inside the box or package.

Items for repair will need to be returned to us. If your item is within its warranty period and needs to be repaired due to a manufacturing fault or defect, there will be no charge for its repair.

If the item has been damaged due to user error or misuse then there is a charge for repair costs, this will be discussed with you prior to completion.

For items outside of their warranty period we do not cover the cost of returning items to us or the cost of returning them to you. If required, we can arrange for a courier collection service to collect the item from you and deliver it to us, for a fee.

Please quote the returns number provided, either on the postage label or in a letter / note / compliments slip inside the box or package.  

Once we received your item we will contact you within 5 working days to update you on its status. If a repair is required for an out of warranty item or through misuse of the product, we will let you know the cost and will await your approval before starting any work. For faults that are covered under the item's warranty, we will begin the repair as soon as it's possible.

We will notify you as soon as your repair has been completed, this usually takes 5 working days.

Repairs that require specific components to be ordered may take longer to complete. If your repair does take longer than 5 working days we will provide a weekly status call to advise you of the progress of your repair.
