The innovative Braille stones work seamlessly with the Tactonom Reader Flex, enabling a playful and inclusive approach to mathematics.
The system automatically recognises the numbers and checks the calculations. Combined with a variety of free mathematical graphics and the Math Tools, it enables independent, playful, and accessible learning.
The Magic Braille Numbers Box contains a total of 156 tactile stones, designed to support inclusive and accessible maths learning.
The set includes numbers from 0 to 10, each provided ten times. It also features multiples of key mathematical symbols, including plus, minus, multiplication, division, equals signs, and parentheses.
For ease of use, the set comes with 12 magnetic plug-in frames, each capable of holding up to five stones in a row. These frames can be easily connected to create larger working areas when needed.
Integrated magnets ensure that all Braille stones remain securely in place when used with the Tactonom Reader Flex or any compatible magnetic surface.
Each stone features tactile Braille markings, while printed text supports inclusive learning in shared classroom environments.
Suitable for a wide range of activities from basic arithmetic and equations to number puzzles and creative problem-solving the Braille stones offer a flexible and engaging approach to mathematics.
When used with the Tactonom Reader Flex, learners can place the stones directly onto compatible tactile graphics. The system provides immediate feedback, helping users to check their answers independently. This encourages confidence, supports experimentation, and promotes active participation in mathematics learning.
