VisionAid is a family-owned & run business who have been supporting & providing solutions to assist partially sighted & blind people since 1996, our main office is based in Spalding, Lincolnshire, and we offer our services throughout the UK and Ireland.

We have a wonderful demonstration team who are always happy to come and show you our solutions, we offer free of charge no obligation demonstrations, which can be provided at home, school, or work, and we are happy to meet you at your preferred location.

To date we have provided over XXXXX demonstrations, last year alone we managed to visit XXXX people!

Your location will determine which one of our friendly and knowledgeable representatives would visit you to provide your demonstration.

 At exhibitions, group meetings and local events you may even meet more than one of them, whoever you meet, you're sure to have a friendly informative, explanation of the solutions we offer and also get to try them for yourself! 

There is never any pressure to make decisions, we simply want you to know and experience firsthand what solutions are available to you so you can see if they can be beneficial.

Ben Ross - London and the South East. 

Ben is located in Biggleswade and has been with VisionAid since it began! He was at one time covering the whole of the UK, and since VisionAid has grown over the years we've had to get him some help!

Ben has some hidden talents, one of which is his musical ability! Ben is part of a band, offering his warm vocals and talents on the guitar.

Jason Shaw - North England, North Wales and Ireland.

Jason is located in Sutton in Ashfield and after working within in the low vision industry for several years he became part of the VisionAid family in XXXX. 

Jason is often described as a 'happy chappie' by many of the people who meet him and he loves dogs, he has a schnauzer, Baxter who is a bit of a character himself and has featured in some of our product photos in the past!

Jonathan Potts covers the whole of the UK for our in-person, one-to-one training. 

Jonathan is located in Bourne, when not on the road he's based at VisionAid Headquarters in Spalding. Jonathan joined the family in XXXX he used to build products for VisionAid International before taking on his current role. When he's not training he often helps to cover events and demonstrations for everyone that we otherwise wouldn't be able to attend!

Nigel Crook - Remote training and demonstrations

Nigel is located on the North East shoreline up in Hartlepool, he provides our remote training, demonstrations, and vision assessments. Nigel joined the VisionAid family in XXXX and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in the industry for over XXX years.

Daniel McGravie - Scotland and Northern Ireland

Daniel, is located up in Dunfermline, he joined the VisionAid family in 2023, prior to joining us he worked in the optical industry as a XXXX and is now expanding his knowledge further to provide regular demonstrations of Low Vision and Blindness solutions to the residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland!

Dave Sailsbury - South West and South Wales

Dave is located in Worcester and joined the VisionAid family in 2023. Dave, for those that don't know him, has been in the industry for XXX years, he brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience, which we are delighted that he can share with you. Dave provides us with the opportunity for regular demonstrations in the South West of England and South Wales.
